I deleted a previous account and now can't verify my phone number

If you have previously closed your account or had your data deleted, you will not be able to create a new account with Prolific. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our research platform and ensure compliance with our data management protocols.

Account closure is final, we cannot reinstate your account or help you create a new one. All accounts go through our standard verification checks, which detect and prevent duplicate accounts.
