What's a NOCODE?
Normally, when you complete a study, you'll receive a completion code to copy and paste into a box at the end. Even better, sometimes this happens automatically! However, if something goes wrong or a completion code is missing, simply enter "NOCODE" in the box provided.
What does NOCODE mean for me?
Submitting a NOCODE doesn't invalidate your submission—it simply means the researcher needs to review it before approval. As long as you've completed the study diligently, this won't affect your account and you should receive your reward.
Entering NOCODE is not a valid reason for a researcher to reject your submission. If your study was rejected because you didn't provide a completion code, please contact our support team using the link below.
What should I do?
We recommend contacting the researcher to inform them about the code issue. Simply click the envelope icon next to the study under 'Submissions' and send them a brief message explaining what happened.
