What do I need to do to cash out?
You need to be physically located in your country of residence, the one listed on your account, to cash out.
What happens if I try to cash out while abroad?
If you try to cash out while you're outside your country of residence, you'll likely see a PEC-U-0001 error message, and you won't be able to complete the cash out. If you're on vacation or abroad temporarily, wait until you're back in your country of residence, then try again.
I've moved countries, what should I do?
If you've moved, or you're in the process of moving, update your account details to reflect your new country of residence. See I'm moving countries, can I keep my account? for the full steps. Once your details are updated, you'll be able to cash out again.
