How do I remove my email from the waitlist?
To be removed from the waitlist, contact us using the support icon in the bottom right of your screen and let us know you'd like to come off the list.
What happens if I don't respond to a waitlist reminder?
After 22 months on the waitlist, if you haven't received or accepted an invitation, we'll email you to check you still want your place. You'll have two months from that email to respond. If we don't hear from you in that time, we'll remove you from the waitlist. This keeps the waitlist made up of people who are still interested, so invitations reach people who want them.
Can I rejoin the waitlist later?
Yes. If you're removed from the waitlist, whether by request or because you didn't respond to a reminder, you're welcome to register again at any time.
